PALLANWALA: Under the Army “Youth Employment
Guidance Node” the novel idea of establishing an Employment Node was conceived
and established at Govt Higher Secondary School Pallanwala. The aim was to give the students an
opportunity to home on to jobs for which they are qualified and also give them
guidance regarding the opportunities available in today’s competitive world.
With the establishment of this node,
the students of this remote area will be able to download forms of various
institutes as well as of those vacancies for jobs for which they are
qualified. They are also being provided
guidance and counseling.
This is a major contribution by the
Army towards bridging the gap between the students of Pallanwala and the
outside world. The students as well as
the staff have expressed their gratitude towards army for providing this avenue
to the students.
