ARMY ESTABLISHES YOUTH GUIDANCE NODE AT BONIYAR

RAJOURI: A Youth Guidance Node (YGN) has been established at Army Goodwill School Boniyar on 09 Dec 2011. YGN will facilitate the local youth to choose and select from the various employment opportunities available. The YGN will also facilitate them on choosing various avenues available for pursuing higher studies at various institutions located all over India.  The facilities available at YGN will facilitate the local Awam who are ignorant of vast opportunities available because of their isolation and lack of proper infrastructure at their places of dwelling.

Youth  Guidance Node was Inaugurated by General Officer Commanding Dagger Division for the public. YGN has been equipped with modern facilities for latest info and employment news like free internet access, free registration, coaching, display boards and a library  catering for almost all the competitive examinations for assistance of the youth in preparing for their choicest jobs and higher studies.

On the first day itself YGN, Boniyar generated a lot of enthusiasm and interest amongst the local youth. Various forms for the latest jobs/vacancies have been kept at the YGN and a data base has been prepared for the local youth based on their qualification which will facilitate YGN to communicate to them regarding vacancies available anywhere in India.

The Army Goodwill School which is run under aegis of Pir Panjal Brigade also celebrated its annual day on 09 Dec 11.  The GOC of Dagger Division who was the chief guest of the function, complimented the teachers and students for achieving good results in academics and extra curricular activities.  A rich cultural show was presented by the students of the school. The event was attended by prominent civil and military dignitaries.  Towards the end of the function the GOC, Dagger division presented awards to the students and teachers.
