ARMY ORGANISES PRE-RECRUITMENT TRAINING IN BHADARWAH

BHADARWAH: The youth of Bhadarwah region got an opportunity to undergo recruitment training for enrolment in TA when 4 RR (BIHAR) commenced a Pre-recruitment Training in Sitengal.  The training is meant to impart the basics of the physical and written tests which are required for the recruitment in TA with the overall aim of making the youth from remote areas empowered for employment in TA. 

The students are from remote villages of Sharekhi, Thanala and Bheja.  One of the participants Master Irsad Ahmed remarked that “4 RR (BIHAR) has taken a positive initiative to teach us pre-recruitment training, this way we will be able to positively utilise the time available for our better future”.   

Father of Master Pinku Kumar, Mr Shri Singh remarked “It was beyond our means to provide pre-recruitment training to our son, Army has done a lot of good to us by providing our children this training and really help in upliftment of the youth here”. The locals appreciated the step taken by the army to motivate & promote their children to do well in life. The training commenced on 20 Mar with 23 students and will last for the duration of one month.  4 RR (BIHAR) will endeavour to impart training to maximum number of students during this period.
